3rd Empathy Shopping Festival

The 3rd Shopping Festival, organized by the Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association in order to support educational projects and scholarship funds, was held at Teymur Continental Hotel on 16-17 December.

The opening ceremony of the shopping festival was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek, Gaziantep Governor Ali Yerlikaya, Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin, Sanko University Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Sınav, Gaziantep Provincial Police Director Erhan Gülveren, Şehitkamil Mayor Rıdvan Fadıloğlu, Şahinbey Mayor Mehmet Tahmazoğlu, Gaziantep Chamber of Industry Chairman Adil Konukoğlu, Sanko Holding Board Members Hakan Konukoğlu and Cengiz Konukoğlu, Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association Chairwoman Zeynep Konukoğlu and board members, Füsun Koçer and Kutnu Promotion Group CEO Jülide Konukoğlu. After the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek and the accompanying delegation visited the companies participating in the shopping festival.

Emphasizing the importane of social responsibility projects, Chairwoman Zeynep Konukoğlu stated that the income raised from the shopping festival will be spent on projects supporting education.

Companies participating in the shopping festival remarked that this year’s organization was very different and beautiful that they were very satisfied and would like to come again next year.
This year, our little members of Empathy also attended our festival and supported us by helping sell the products at our booth. Deputy Prime Minister Mehmet Şimşek bought a painting from the Empathy booth and gave his support to us. The shopping festival, which attracted great interest from the visitors, ended with pleasant memories.
