We held an art talk with the auctioneer and collector Raffi Portakal at the Ömer Ersoy Cultural Center on October 26, 2017.
Raffi Portakal gave information about works of art from the past to the present, history of Ottoman art and mediums of creation and the periodical features of art works.
The event continued with a Q&A session and ended with presentation of the plaque of appreciation by Chairwoman Zeynep Konukoğlu to Mr. Portakal for his contribution.
