Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association Barbecue Party at Çobanevi
Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association has embarked on another important project and commenced working on the arbor to be built in the garden of the Oncology Hospital.
Donations were collected for the benefit of Oncology Hospital at the barbecue party held at Gaziantep University Çobanevi. Turkish Association for Cancer Research and Control presented a plaque of appreciation to Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association Chairwoman Pınar Topçuoğlu for their efforts. Stating that they will continue their services for all segments of the society, Pınar Topçuoğlu said, “Even though our association was founded a short time ago, our efforts to serve various segments of the society yielded positive results. We will build an arbor in the hospital garden for Oncology Hospital patients to get away from the hospital environment and to reboot their morale by getting fresh air.” Adding that they closely follow the work of the Turkish Association for Cancer Research and Control, Topçuoğlu said that the plaque of appreciation presented today is one of the most meaningful awards they have received.
Pointing out that morale is very important in the treatment of patients, Vice President of the Turkish Association for Cancer Research and Control Dr. Mustafa Özgün said, “I heartily congratulate the members of the Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association. They supported us by not leaving us alone in our honorable cause. A heartfelt thank you to the Chairwoman and members. We closely follow the successful work of the association and its efforts in benefit of our country. The contributions of our NGOs to our association are very pleasing.”
