As Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association, we came together for a breakfast at Divan Hotel in order to provide support for the education life of the children of martyrs in Gaziantep. The event was attended by Gaziantep Metropolitan Mayor Fatma Şahin, Hatice Nur Yerlikaya, Arzu Soysal, Arzu Gülveren, Füsun Koçer, Seval Fadıloğlu, Elif Tahmazoğlu, Jülide Konukoğlu, Melike Toklucu.
The event started with a minute of silence in memory of the great leader Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, his brothers in arms and holy martyrs and singing the National Anthem and continued with the opening speeches of our esteemed protocol members.
In her opening speech, Empathy Social Responsibility and Education Association Chairwoman Zeynep Konukoğlu said: “I would like to start my words by commemorating young soldiers with gratitude and mercy who were martyred for their homeland and flag. Today, we have come together to salve the suffering of the families of our martyrs who are entrusted to us and say that our martyrs are buried not in the ground, but in our hearts. I hope that the consciousness of national unity and solidarity shall prevail in the 92nd year of our Republic and I congratulate you all on the Republic Day.
